HypeForge provides AI-assisted tools to generate short-form vertical videos. Output quality and availability depend on third-party AI and infrastructure; we do not guarantee specific results or uptime.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans grant monthly credits (1 credit = 1 generated reel unless stated otherwise). Credits do not roll over unless we explicitly say so. Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe until canceled.

Refunds are handled at our discretion and applicable law; contact support for billing disputes.

You may not use HypeForge for illegal content, harassment, infringement of others’ rights, malware, or attempts to abuse or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain rights to prompts and materials you supply. You grant us a license to host, process, and display generated outputs as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have rights to use submitted content.

AI-generated output may not be unique and may resemble other users’ outputs. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing to social platforms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We may modify these terms or discontinue features with notice where reasonable. You may stop using the service anytime.
