Privacy Policy

Account data (e.g. name, email from Google sign-in), usage data (videos you create, credits, plan), and payment-related identifiers processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Content you submit (topics, scripts, generated media) is processed to provide the service and may be stored on our infrastructure and third-party providers (e.g. cloud hosting, media CDN, AI APIs).

To operate the product, process payments, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We use providers such as Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (media), Replicate and other AI APIs (generation), and hosting (e.g. Vercel, MongoDB). Their policies apply to data they process on our behalf.

We retain account and video metadata while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. We use reasonable technical measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact infohypeforge@gmail.com to make a request.

HypeForge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
