Common questions

Generation failed or timed out — Try a shorter topic or 30s duration. Failed jobs do not appear in your Library. If a credit was charged incorrectly, email us with your account email and approximate time of the attempt.

Billing & credits — Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. After upgrading, open the app and use Profile → Refresh subscription if credits do not update immediately.

Downloads — Use the Download button on a completed reel in Studio or Library. Files are delivered as MP4 (9:16, 720p).

Cancel subscription — Manage or cancel anytime from Pricing in your dashboard (Stripe customer portal).

Before you write

Include your account email, a short description of the issue, and any error message shown in Studio.
